Meet a random opponent
Find someone new for face-to-face chess. Random video matchmaking requires a one-time confirmation that you are 18 or older, including with Pro.
Private rooms, real reactions
Invite someone you know and share the board, camera, voice, and conversation. Private rooms are available on Free too, subject to your game allowance.
Play your Connections again
Keep good opponents close and challenge them when they are online. With Pro, your daily game limit will not interrupt the next match.

One daily allowance, every way to play
The Free Tier includes five games per day across random matchmaking, private rooms, Connection challenges, and rematches. Every game counts for both players, whether you send or accept the invitation. Pro removes your own daily limit; a Free Tier opponent still uses their own allowance.
